Jadriel’s family doesn’t believe he could be a brujo. Trying to prove otherwise and gain acceptance from his family, the boy, along with his cousin and best friend named Maritza, go to summon the spirit of his cousin to find out the circumstances of his death and help him move on to the afterlife.
However, Jadriel instead summons the spirit of local bad boy Julián Díaz, who is clearly not going to die and wants to find out what happened to him. Having no choice, Jadriel agrees to help.
But the longer Julián is here, the less Jadriel wants to let him go…
